/ Why rubber is harder than it looks

The compound decides everything. We pick well.

Custom rubber and elastomer parts are deceptively complicated. Compound selection drives everything: temperature, chemical resistance, compression set, durometer, life expectancy. The wrong call and your seal fails on a hot Tuesday. Most manufacturers we work with want a supplier who has lived through enough field failures to push back when a spec looks shaky.

Ena Source consolidates rubber sourcing. You send us your drawings. We quote the part, recommend a compound if you are not sure, and flag application risks before you cut tooling. When we win the business, we own the supplier behind it. You buy the part from us. We handle the supply chain. Compound qualification, molding, finishing, certifications, inspecting, importing, warehousing if you need it.

We supply O-rings, gaskets, seals, molded rubber parts, extruded profiles, die-cut gaskets, rubber-to-metal bonded parts, bushings, grommets, and custom elastomer assemblies in EPDM, silicone, nitrile, Viton, neoprene, natural rubber, and specialty compounds. From a single AS568 standard size through full custom production. Domestic, near-shore, or offshore. You tell us your priorities. We build the supply plan around them.

You might be a fit if

  • You buy custom rubber parts across multiple compounds and shapes
  • Your seals are failing in the field and you do not know if it is the compound or the design
  • Your molder is single-source and the compound costs keep creeping up
  • You need FDA, USP Class VI, NSF, or AMS-rated rubber parts and the paperwork is a mess
  • You want one supply contact instead of a half-dozen rubber houses

Why Ena Source

We have lived through enough field failures to know better.

We are not a broker or a manufacturer's rep. When you buy a custom rubber part from Ena Source, you buy it from Ena Source. We own the supplier relationship behind every part.

One source

One PO. One invoice. One phone number.

Consolidate molders, die-cutters, and extruders into a single relationship. Less admin, less risk, less to chase.

Vetted network

Rubber houses we trust.

We source from American molders first. When that does not fit, we lean on a global network we have already qualified.

24-hour quotes

Standard parts quoted within one business day.

You should not have to wait a week to know what your rubber part costs.

Compound expertise

The right elastomer for the application.

Temperature, chemical, dynamic, regulatory. We help you pick the compound that will not fail in the field.

Certifications managed

FDA, USP, NSF, AMS paperwork handled.

We coordinate compound traceability and process documentation with the supplier. You get the certs in your hand.

Inventory programs

Stocked O-rings and gaskets when it makes sense.

We can warehouse and release on a pull-system to smooth lead times and protect cash flow.

Frequently Asked

What customers ask before sending us their first rubber part.

What types of custom rubber parts does Ena Source supply?
We supply O-rings, gaskets, seals, molded rubber parts, extruded rubber profiles, die-cut gaskets, rubber-to-metal bonded parts, bushings, grommets, and custom elastomer components. Compression molded, transfer molded, injection molded, and liquid silicone rubber (LSR).
What rubber and elastomer compounds do you work with?
All common elastomers: EPDM, silicone (VMQ), nitrile (NBR / Buna-N), HNBR, Viton (FKM), fluorosilicone, neoprene (CR), natural rubber (NR), SBR, butyl (IIR), and polyurethane (PU). FDA, USP Class VI, AMS, and MIL-spec grades when your application requires them.
Can you supply standard AS568 O-rings as well as custom sizes?
Yes. Standard AS568 O-rings from stock or custom sizes molded to your spec. We also supply metric, JIS, and BS sizes, plus custom cross-sections and bonded O-ring assemblies.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom rubber parts?
Die-cut and standard O-rings can be supplied in small quantities. Molded custom parts have tooling cost and a minimum production run that depends on geometry and compound. We tell you the break-even when we quote.
How fast can Ena Source quote a custom rubber part?
Standard parts with complete drawings: 24 hours. Custom molded parts that require compound selection and tooling design may take longer, but we acknowledge every inquiry within one business day.
